Sadr associate says election boycott essential, seeking reform outside politics

Saleh Muhammad al-Iraqi, a close associate of Shiite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr, doubled down on the National Shiite Movement's commitment to boycotting Iraq's upcoming parliamentary elections, saying that true change is impossible in the absence of "comprehensive reform."
