Kurdistan Region leads turnout as IHEC announces special voting participation rates

Erbil saw a turnout of 97.79 percent (112,386 voters), Sulaimani 98.16 percent (108,349 voters), and Duhok 91.66 percent (82,416 voters), according to data from Iraq's Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC).
