Daily oil allocation for KRG one of last outstanding issues between Baghdad, Erbil: Iraqi oil minister

Baghdad has allocated the Kurdistan Region 46,000 barrels of oil per day under a draft agreement seeking to resolve an ongoing oil export dispute, with Erbil insisting that 65,000 barrels are needed to meet the Kurdistan Region's daily energy needs. Iraqi Oil Minister Hayyan Abdul Ghani said, "We have agreed on almost all the clauses except this one."
