Iraqi parliament calls for Wasit governor’s dismissal over deadly mall fire

Almost 80 people died in a recent shopping mall fire in the city of Kut in Wasit province, with a plethora of safety violations that predicated the fire having led to multiple officials being removed from their posts following the tragedy.
