Mohammedali Yaseen Taha is an advisor to the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region and holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Lisbon. He is the author of Media and Politics in Kurdistan: How Politics and Media Are Locked in an Embrace (2020), and his work focuses on governance, media, and political dynamics in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.
