Kirkuk livestock owners blame government for hemorrhagic fever outbreak

Criticism over a lack of government initiative in combating a recent outbreak of hemorrhagic fever was rampant amongst herders and farmers in Kirkuk—where two people have died from the virus this year—who bemoaned the dearth of pesticides and vaccines made available to those working with animals.
