"We call upon the Iraqi Parliament and the government, especially Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein, to take immediate and serious action to put an end to these heinous attacks, which have so far resulted in more than 60 martyrs and 100 wounded," said Hadi al-Amiri.

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region of Iraq - More than 60 members of Iraq’s Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) have been killed and over 100 others wounded in attacks by the United States and Israel, Badr Organization Secretary-General Hadi al-Amiri said.

Amiri strongly condemned the strikes, describing them as “criminal acts of aggression” targeting PMF headquarters and deployment positions across Iraq.

"We call upon the Iraqi Parliament and the government, especially Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein, to take immediate and serious action to put an end to these heinous attacks, which have so far resulted in more than 60 martyrs and 100 wounded," he said.

The US and Israel have repeatedly targeted PMF sites since launching a large-scale military offensive against Iran in late February, with pro-Iran PMF factions having conducted missile and drone strikes against US interests in both Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.

PMF statements on Thursday said that at least two members were killed in renewed attacks on positions in Nineveh and Salahaddin, while earlier strikes in Anbar province killed at least three fighters and wounded several others.

According to the group, one of its 31st Brigade positions was hit in what it described as a “Zionist-American attack” at dawn, with additional strikes later in the day killing one fighter and injuring two others in Nineveh.

The PMF also said evacuation efforts have been hindered by continued air activity, accusing attacking forces of targeting ambulance crews.

The strikes are part of a broader wave of attacks that have killed dozens of PMF members in recent weeks, including senior figures such as Kataib Hezbollah security chief Abu Ali al-Askari.
