Saudi Arabia proposes maritime defense coalition to protect trade routes

Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Pakistan, Turkey, Egypt, Jordan, Yemen, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Sudan, Djibouti, and Somalia put their names to a joint statement backing the proposal for a defensive maritime alliance.
